Renewed teak decks

I have a 40 year old Grand Banks boat with teak decks. After performing some maintenance on deck (replacing caulking and teak bungs), cleaned the deck with Semco deck cleaner followed by Semco Teak Wood Sealer in natural tone finish. The deck now looks news, is well protected and I am sure will extend the life of the teak for many more years. I was a skeptic of putting anything on teak decks but struggled for years trying to keep it clean, but in our environment, mold would always return. With the teak decks now sealed, they have kept up excellent appearance and water sheds off them right away.
