Country Gravy Mix SausageSTOVETOP DIRECTIONS1. STIR water gradually into Gravy Mix with whisk in medium saucepan.2. STIRRING frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. (Gravy will thicken upon standing.)TEST KITCHEN TIP: For creamier gravy, prepare with milk in place of water. Stir 2 cups of milk gradually into Gravy Mix. Cook on medium heat just until gravy comes to boil. (Stir frequently to avoid burning.) Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute, stirring constantly.

This gravy has a strong artificial taste and has the texture of a sauce instead of gravy. I love the White Lily Brand and have used it's other products for years, often paying more to have them but I was really let down with this gravy mix.
