 Warm Application

1. Fill the bottle with two-thirds of warm water only. Do not use boiling water.
2. Let out excess air before closing the bag with the stopper.
3. Thread the stopper into the bottle. Make sure that it is fastened properly. Do not over-tighten.
4. Test for any leakages by turning the water bottle upside down and pressing firmly.
5. Do not place the bag directly against the skin if warm. Apply a soft cloth or towel to the bag to prevent burns.

 Cold Application

1. Fill the bottle with cold water and crushed ice.
2. Let out excess air before closing the bag with the stopper.
3. Thread the stopper into the bottle. Make sure that it is fastened properly. Do not over-tighten.
4. Test for any leakages by turning the water bottle upside down and pressing firmly.

 General Instructions

1. Do not microwave the bag, put it in the oven or place it on the stovetop to heat the bag.
2. Do not use water hotter than 120o F /49o C in this bottle.
3. Check the bottle and stopper for wear and damage before use. Carefully examine the bag before each use. If it appears damaged, do not use it.
4. Keep out of children's reach as parts may pose a choking hazard if put in a child’s mouth.
5. Do not place anything on top of the bottle during storage.
