Looks good; easy setup; good instructions

This was a replacement fan/light combo for a small bedroom (10x12). It was an easy install after removing the original fan/light. The blade size works well for this size room. Reversible colors on blades was important to us. Suggestions for instructions: 1. Remove the attachment screws on the motor housing for the blade assemblies BEFORE you hang this up on the ceiling. Much easier to do this on the floor/ table beforehand. 2. When they say "loosen" the screws that hold the housing onto ceiling bracket by sliding, then rotating, they mean loosen them all the way, but not out. Much easier to slide the slotted housing tab over them if they are almost entirely out. 3. The last step of putting the lighting fixture onto the housing is a little tricky because there is not much space to fold up all the wires and nuts. You may need to really fold them in, and then force it somewhat for the lighting fixture to go into place.
