Love the Fleece Lining Feature :-)

Once I received this sleeping bag, I removed it from its stuff sack and unrolled it onto my bed. I unzipped it and got into it and zipped it right up without any issues. It was nice, warm, and very comfortable. I could see this bag keeping me warm on a cold night outdoors. I noticed the zippers unzipped all the way along the side and bottom of the bag which allows you to lay it flat and use as a blanket. I loved that feature. You can probably zip up another similar bag to it to double the size. The fleece inside on the bottom where your feet go was very comfortable and the fleece in the head area was a nice feature as well. I was able to use it on Easter Sunday when we had our Granddaughter for a weekend camping sleepover :-) I was very comfortable sleeping in it that evening in Santa Cruz. Weather was in the 40's and it kept me nice and comfortable! With my bare feet in the bag, the fleece felt awesome!!! After camping, it rolled up nice and easy again and packed up easily into its' stuff sack without any issues :-) Love it!!!

Good value.

For the price, this is a good bag. Well crafted, and very warm. The fleece inside is a nice touch making you feel instantly warm when you get inside. At 6 lbs. this isn't going to be someone's backpacking bag, so Wenzel wisely went the other way adding features like a leverage loop on the stuff sack to help get the sleeping bag in and out, a big hood (great if you're a little claustraphobic in a smaller bag), elastic bands to keep it rolled up and a heavy duty zipper. This bag actually reminds me of the heavy duty bags from the '80s, in a good way. The bag says it is rated for 30-40 degrees which feels realistic. I was plenty warm down into the high 40's, however it is a bigger bag (I'm 5'10"), and the foot box is squared off making for a lot of open space for cool air to get into if it does get down close to freezing. This will be a great addition for two-three seasons of leisure camping.
