Use the Wellsley Farms Super-Fine Almond Flour as a substitute in some of your favorite gluten-free baking classics like low-carb crackers, cookies and cakes. This flour is made from natural, non-gmo almonds. Wellsley Farms uses the quality USA grown almonds, which have been blanched and ground to a fine meal that is ideal for gluten free baking. Almond flour can also be used in paleo and grain free baking recipes. Low in sugar and containing two grams of fiber and three grams of protein per two-tablespoon serving, our almond flour is a healthier alternative to white flour. Packaged in a resealable bag for convenience and to maintain freshness. For optimal freshness, seal the bag after each use and store in the refrigerator or freezer. Almond flour is not ready to eat and must be thoroughly cooked before eating to prevent illness from bacterial in the flour.
