Great tasting, CLEAN pre workout that doesn't break the bank! Highly recommend! For those used to taking Beta Alanine (in most pre workouts) this brand was a tad on the light side so I added a bit more BA for a stronger pump during my heavier lift days (can buy BA most anywhere including Walmart online). I actually love that this brand doesn't contain a high level of it, unlike so many others, because it gives me the option to customize the level depending on my workout. Great pre workout, great taste, love there's no fake sugar or artificial anything in it. And price can't be beat. Great value. Great product.
