    nice rug

    the rug arrived in great time. However the way it was shipped I just do not understand. It was folded all up vs rolled and it has been ten days and still not laying flat even put 50 lbs of weight on the corners, tried carpet tape also to no avail. I will keep trying because I do love the rug but suggest the roll vs fold for shipping would still be the same as it is by weight

    Disappointed

    Beware of differences of what the rug appears to look like online vs what it really looks like in person. The rug online has more detail, the rug you actually get has more plain ivory color instead of the gray medallion/floral detail as it shows on this website. The color is also a light silver and not a dark gray as shown. Very disappointed after waiting so long for the rug to be delivered. Im including pictures of the difference.

    Not a good quality rug. Came frayed.

    This rug came frayed on the sides. Walmart and the sellers were not helpful with a return or replacement at all. I wouldn’t recommend buying from these sellers. They don’t care about making the customers happy. They don’t offer a warranty either.
