I have a teen and young adult son. They are very goal driven, so I bought this for them so they can have more focus and accountability. They both use it and like being able to set goals daily to accomplish.

We search all over, high and low, near and far to find solutions and remedies to help us cope and get through the day-to-day obstacles of life. We find temporary relief for the symptoms but don't treat the problem. My simple fix was the Imside Then Out journal. Writing is my scape goat; my prescription; my therapy. Articulating my thoughts on paper and expressing my inner most struggles and successes gives me the opportunity to clear my mind and stay balanced.
