Poor Pitiful Customer Service

I ordered three pair of boots and only received one. Tried to contact the the company selling the product only to get we are having technical difficulties trying to again later. Would I order from them again no. I received the one pair in a couple of days. The other two it's been almost a month and not received nothing. Not an I'm sorry for the delay, we are out of stock, a refund will be issued, nothing.

These are gorgeous boots I love that they come in wide, but a narrower version for me since with socks my feet didn't have that wide shoe room your use to . They run kind of small but almost true to size; they're a bit snug by the ankle and zipping them up the calf, even being wide calf boots. I just have huge calves.
