Disappointed is putting it mildly

I was so happy to have finally found just the right piece for a certain spot in the house, but it quickly turned to disappointment as soon as I opened the box...the color is black/burgundy, it is really just a terrible color, not at all what is shown in the picture. And it was also sent with a broken leg, not from any damage in shipping, these items are obviously not checked for quality. If I could give this wreck 0 stars I would.

Bad Experience

Have not contacted customer service and will live with my purchase, but one of the legs on the bookcase was cracked and it also appeared that some scratches had been covered with touch up stain. There was also pencil writing on the side (numbers?). It appeared obvious that this bookcase was used and not quality checked before shipment.
