True Peppermint...Period
For baking, the Watkins exteacts are terrific. The buttercream peppermint frosting for the 4-layer dutch chocolate cake is alternated levels w/lightly enhanced peppermint whip cream. Personally, I do not know of a better extract. Perhaps if I did...my purchase would have been their product.
