They work! Normally wear sneakers, excellent walking in heavy dew or rain. Light weight, thin so put them on carefully. Like any thin, light weight covering, you have to put them on/off carefully. They will stretch. I wear men's 12, XXL works. Wife is 7/1/2, size L works.
