Lodge 12" Seasoned Cast Iron Skillet

Lodge is the best! This is the perfect size pan to fry bacon and eggs or steak in, or to bake a quiche, a peach cobbler or a pan of cornbread. and it's sooo pretty, too! I'm definitely going to cook with this pan, but I'm also going to hang it up on my wall for show. It's so pretty. I love cooking, and I love Dolly, and I love Lodge! I'm very happy with my purchase.

I named this skillet Big Bertha, because she is strong, steady, and always comes through. This Lodge 10.25” cast iron pan has quickly become one of my most reliable pieces in the kitchen. It's heavy-duty, holds heat like a champ, and gives me that beautiful sear I can't get from thinner pans. What I love: • Reliable heat great sear: Once it heats up, it stays hot. Good to know: • It's heavy, so I use two hands when moving it, especially when it's hot. • Like any cast iron, it does best with simple care: don't soak it, dry it immediately, and rub a tiny bit of oil after cleaning.
