Super quite and efficient

I just installed the AE110K Flex as a retro fit in our master bathroom. The unit is very well made and thought through. Per instructions I had to slightly enlarge the original cutout from the old fan in the ceiling to accommodate the larger box. The connections for the power and for the existing duct work were straight forward. The new grille is modern and sleek. The fan is much quieter than the one I replaced even though this one has a higher CFM. Highly recommend.

Lasted 2 years - that's it.

Had two of these fans installed in our new home build a little over 2 years ago. One is still working fine, the other started setting up a vibration that over the last few weeks has gotten so bad it can be heard on the other side of the house. The cage starts spinning a little off center and then it gets worse and worse until you power it off. Cleaned the fan thoroughly thinking it might have been an issue with dust, but problem persists and gets worse over time. Two years is too short of a life for a fan at this price point.
