In one of the three fans I installed, the flapper valve on the discharge flaps loudly when it's on. Not an easy fan to install if you're doing it from the room rather than an exposed attic. Otherwise, works great.

SPK80L Bathroom Ventilation Fan with Speaker

I bought this fan about 5 weeks ago and love the brightness of the fan, however, the speaker is terrible. It doesn't project loud enough to hear over the sound of the running shower. It states it is compatible with Apple's iPhone (i have an iPhone 11) yet it doesn't play well. I tried to troubleshoot the issue, however, Broan doesn't have good troubleshooting instructions. The fan is very quiet, love that. I'm just very disappointed, I paid extra for the speaker and can even use it. Don't buy if you have an iPhone.
