Works great, until it doesn't

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for about a year and it worked great at first. Now, the spring loaded locking mechanism that holds the drill/driver in place no longer works. So every time I point my cordless drill down, it falls out. I've adjusted the drill bit, taken it out and still no luck. I even tried a little wd-40 thinking it might loosen up the nub that used to pop-out into the groove to hold the drill/driver in place. It didn't help. I've tried to work the nub with a tiny screwdriver to get it to release, but that doesn't work either. I was really loving this tool, until I wasn't.

set screws strip out of housing.

Set screws strip out of housing right away and the bits don't stay in the tool. Aluminum housing is weak and the threads don't hold.
