This is a boost you'll need to take after you arrive at the gym. The container is misleading to the amount you actually get. The container is about half to a quarter empty upon opening. One of these will last about 2 weeks with taking 2 scoops daily.

Love this product and the price was extremely low so I snagged one. Only bummer is I live at a high elevation and when I peeled back the seal it was so pressurized that it pooped that about a third of the powder exploded onto the floor.
