Great pan if you understand the proper use

I bought this particularly for dishes using tomato sauce as it is non-reactive, and it is fine for this purpose. I recommend watching a video to learn how to use stainless steel pans correctly. For example, you should pre-heat the pan and keep it on moderate or low heat while cooking. It is not the same as using a non-stick pan, but it has its own unique benefits due to its non-reactive nature. It costs less than other pans with similar benefits, including All-Clad, which is also a great pan.

Sturdy and well made pan

Very pleased with the quality of this frying pan. Food tastes better and cooks more evenly than when I use a non-stick pan. With proper care this pan should last 10 years or more. Happy with my purchase, will probably buy some other frying pans and sauce pans made by Kitchen Aid. Arrived in perfect condition as all of my deliveries do, thanks walmart!
