Chicken Bruschetta Pasta: Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg Tasty Savory Seasoning Mix, divided; 1 tbsp vegetable oil; 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch chunks; 1 small yellow onion, chopped; 1 container (32 oz) chicken stock, such as Kitchen Basics; 1 can (14-1/2 oz) petite diced tomatoes, undrained or 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered. 8 oz uncooked pasta, such as fusillu, penne or bow-tie; 1 cup bite-size mozzarella cheese balls or shredded mozzarella. 1. Heat oil in large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and 1 tbsp of the Seasoning Mix; cook and stir 5 minutes or until browned. Remove chicken. Add onion to skillet; cook and stir 3 minutes or until softened. 2. Add stock, tomatoes and remaining Seasoning Mix to skillet; bring to boil, stirring to release browned bits from bottom of skillet. Stir in pasta. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. 3. Return chicken to skillet. Stir in mozzarella. Cook 2 minutes or until chicken is heated through.

PLEASE BRING IT BACK
My family and I absolutely LOVE this mix! I love making the recommended chicken bruschetta, but unfortunately I am unable to find it. I haven't had it in about 6 mounts and trying to make my own mix that can replicate it but nothing will compare to this. Please bring this back! I would be forever grateful if I could find it at my local store again!
