great phone but will not give me more then one bar on it so making calls or getting them suck drop off or can hear

I ordered through the online portal, hoping that I wouldn't have to go to the store to get it. Order arrived on time, however, the SIM number associated with the phone was not activated at the store. Called customer support on an internet phone, the only phone I have, the only thing they said I could do was to go back to the store it was purchased from and have it activated there, and bring proof of purchase. I do not have a printer, and the only way I could bring the proof otherwise is to have a phone to show the page where the receipt was located. Problem is, I need a phone with actual cell service to do that. How convenient. Never had a problem with the actual phone service when I had it, but when they mess up like this, I begin to wonder... If you really want this phone, just go to the store and save yourself the headache.
