Wallhogs delivers high quality products and services and we do so with a full 30 day money back guarantee for any products you receive that are damaged or flawed. If your order is damaged we require you to contact Wallhogs within 5 days of so we may file a claim and to quickly send a brand new replacement. To contact us in the event of damage please send us an email at cs@wallhogs.com and include your name, order number, and details of the damage, as well as any photos of the damage. If you decide to return an item you ordered due to buyer's remorse or mistake, within 30 days, all we ask is that you notify Wallhogs at rta@wallhogs.com. In the email please provide your full name and order number so we may issue an RTA number and instructions to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately. Please note, if you return an item the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
