On my feet all day working on a hard floor. By the end of my eight hour shift. My feet would hurt. I put these inserts in my work shoes it took a little to get use to. I could feel the support in my arches. Not used to but a plus. They don't slide or bunch up. They stay in place and when I get home after work now after putting these inserts in and my feet don't hurt or bother like they did before. Other family members notice. I'm not complaining or taking my shoes off and walking bent over for the next few hours. After I get home from work.
