Be prepared for 5 hundred parts when assembling, and a couple of hours to do so! Otherwise the instructions were first as were the diagrams making it a fairly easy project. It's beautiful and I love it! Fits in perfectly and holds my 55 inch television solidly!

Looks nice,seems to be well-built...It took me 4 hours to put it together.The instructions were easy to go by,and no parts were left out. Having the fireplace in it is a big plus,and it puts out good heat.The fireplace has 2 switches; one to turn the fire flame on/off and one for the heat.The switches work independently of each other.You can have the heat on without the fire flame light or vice versa or both on at the same time.I have a 50 inch Vizio TV on top,but the feet of the tv was going off the front and back of the unit,so I had to get an Onn stand for it for $17(check pic)

I absolutely love this fireplace/TV stand. It is so beautiful. The size is perfect! It doesn't take up a bunch of space. The only slightly negative thing I would have to say is it seemed to be a little tricky to assemble. My husband, whom is a carpenter by trade was having quite a struggle. However, an hour and a half later, I had a beautiful, sturdy, new TV stand that I am loving very much.
