Terrible customer service

The picture and description say you get a stand and bowl. I order 2 and received 2 stands, no bowls. I contacted the seller and they said I misunderstood the product description but they would send the bowls. A few days later I email to followup and ask for teacking. They offered a $5 refund instead. I really just wanted what I ordered.
