WOOD HD ATTIC MASTER

Craftsmanship on the ladder we received was substandard. Too much pressure was used in installing a bolt that secured 2 support boards causing one board to split in two directions weakening the structure. We returned the ladder and reordered. We examined the second ladder before leaving the store. The second one was in good condition, BUT the ladder dimensions were NOT as listed online, so spacers/shims had to be added in order that the ladder would fit. The ladder is a good quality product. We are very pleased with it despite the problems.
