Returned to Firestone Snow Tires

These tires have just gone on a new 2021 Ford Ranger. We have used Firestone Winter Tires on our past two vehicles and overall the performance has been good to very good for our Canadian winters.

Bad set of tires but customer service is even worse

Firestone is not a tire that I would buy again. I purchased 3 sets of Winterforce2 tires and had one set studded for our FWD car. Turns out after only 2,000 miles the tires are junk and Firestone refuses to do anything for us. They claim that adding studs to the "studdable" tire voids the warranty because it is considered modifying the tire. I seriously refuse to ever purchase another set of Firestone tires. Take my bad experience as a warning to buy a different brand. Firestone customer service is rude and unwilling to let the customer talk.
