Great heel grips!

I used the thin heel grips and they were awesome! Really held my foot in place without discomfort. The only drawback I can find is the adhesive is so good that you don't get a second chance to reposition the grip if your placement is a little off. No matter, as it still worked in my shoe. However, I would put them on your shoes when you're not rushing. lol

Good Grip

I have narrow heels so I am constantly stepping out of my shoes. I have tried other heel pads but because they had smooth surfaces my heel continued to slip out. These have nubby surface and almost grip my heel holding my foot in place.

Best solution yet!

My foot size varies from a 7.5 to an 8 and is narrow to medium width. My feet also tend to swell when holding a few extra pounds or during pregnancy. This means I have a whole lot of shoes, especially heels, that are just a tiny bit too big. I have tried a multitude of inserts, but none really gripped the back of my heel and helped them stay on (my biggest issue). This has been an absolute lifesaver! Again referring mainly to heels; I several pairs that feel perfectly fine, but by the end of the day my feet feel cramped. Through trial and error, I learned I was unconsciously gripping my shoes with my toes to get them to stay on the heel as I walked. By the end of the day, my feet would cramp up. With these holding the shoe on my foot for me, it allows the foot to retain a more relaxed position and makes my heels infinitely more wearable. For 7.50 you can't go wrong trying them to see if they help make your existing shoes more wearable. I am placing another order now to put these in even more of my shoes! They are a staple for me!!
