My first sum pump was a Wayne. It provided many years of dependable service, but as age and use took its toll it failed. I bought another brand from a neighbor who was moving, but it did not serve the purpose well. When it prematurely failed I had to replace it quickly, and found another Wayne. This pump has been in service several years and when I saw the ad for this pump I ordered it as a backup. I learned that it better to stick with quality in the long run.

Efficient and quiet

Pump is very efficient and quiet. The last one I bought (same model) has been working for 6 years with no problems. The sump this pump is located in is also a harsher duty than most sumps since the drain in front of my garage doors drain into it. As long as you keep up with the sump cleaning (once a year), this pump has performed flawlessly.
