I used these Nibs in an Ethiopian vegan chili recipe. The chile recipe itself was wonderful and the added taste of the cacao nibs made it extremely tasty. The chili got rave reviews at our Chili Cook Off and I shared the recipe and information about the nibs.. The Nibs are also nice sweet snacks that help meet the value of having some dark chocolate. I am so glad Walmart carries a wide variety of cooking items for vegans!!
