We have a;; used this oil for many yrs. Right out of the shower we rub it on or spray it on too. I pour a bottle in my sprayer. My husband started using mine about 15 yrs ago. Uses it daily also. My sons grew up using this in the winter to beat dry skin. As adults they still use it after the shower too. Great product. Heals and even outs the problem areas too.
