B-12 Patches Are Awesome!

Vitamin B-12 Patches - I Rate 5 Stars 4 Peel & Stick B-12 patches that are so easy to use. This box has a resealable bag inside that makes it even easier to take with you or to store where you choose too. The directions say to apply behind your ear lobe for better absorption. I placed my first B-12 patch right behind my left ear and left it there for 24 hours then I was good to remove (didn't hurt or irritate my sensitive skin) discard it and won't have to apply the next one til a week later. I did this and I feel a little more energized and more focused to tasks at hand. I plan on using this for the whole month and then purchasing more. I happily recommend!

So much energy and cant leave the house

I put one patch on as soon as I got them. I had just gotten out the show because it has to be placed on a dry clean spot. I put it behind my ear like I would a seasick patch. I wore it for 24 hours per directions, now I have way to much energy for being on lockdown with the way the world is. But hey my house has not been this clean in a while. This was only my first patch and on my 2nd day. Wow its like a good kick in the rear to get you up and moving. Now I'm babbling with all this extra energy, ok I highly recommend these B12 Patches

Easy to use!

Super easy to use all you have to do is have it on for 24 hrs once a week. The patch it's self is easy to apply it stays on and it's not painful to remove it. It's also pretty small and discreet. Vitamins B-12 is essential for energy metal focus, it can help with depression and can strengthen your immune system. I would recommend it to all adults.
