This powder is good mixed in cold milk. It does not dissolve well in hot water. My fingernails have improved drastically. The longest and strongest they've ever been. I'm hoping to start seeing an improvement in my hair soon, nothing so far. I have been using this 2.5 months. It's delicious, like a vanilla milkshake, I plan to buy this again - hoping the price will come down or I find a collagen with whey protein product that's cheaper.
