I can't say if it is a good prenatal, but I started using it because my hair was getting a bit thin. They taste great and don't make me nauseous like a lot of vitamins do. I have been using them for several months now and my hair is growing back in. Not sure why it thinned in the first place, so can't be sure it was the vitamins, but they didn't hurt!
