VOVE Golf Rangefinder Warranty Conditions Limited Warranty Coverage VOVEX Golf Rangefinder warrants that its Golf Rangefinder products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Warranty Exclusions This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized repair or alteration, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover damages resulting from the use of the product in conjunction with accessories, attachments, or equipment not expressly approved by VOVEX. Warranty Claim Procedures To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact VOVEX customer service and provide a proof of purchase. VOVEX will then provide instructions on how to proceed with the warranty claim, which may include returning the product to VOVEX or an authorized repair center for inspection and repair. Warranty Remedies If the product is found to be defective during the warranty period, VOVEX will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value. The purchaser will be responsible for any shipping or handling charges associated with the warranty claim.
