It helps with allergies the best it can because afterall it is allergies and not much helps with it for me anyway. It does relieve itchiness and dry eyes. The burning for me was not too bad, but the relief felt good while it lasted. Allergies for me are difficult to keep under control. So I try so many things to just get relief, even in temporary. And this gave me temporary relief.
