After buying a $2,000 mattress from chain store Mattress Firm, I discovered that the mattress I thought I bought, was NOT the soft mattress I had tested in the show room. After being told I just needed to ‘break it in,' I finally gave up after 7 months. Happily, I found Viscosoft online. The reviews were excellent and I ordered a Viscosoft Dusk mattress topper.
