Third gift you've ruined

This has been the absolute worst experience yet ordering online. This is the third gift you have messed up. This was supposed to arrive on Friday for a Mother's Day gift and it got delayed until Monday. So then it was going to be a birthday gift tomorrow and guess what it's still delayed and says oh well my package might be lost so I need to request another one. I had to wait two more days so you want me to wait a whole week to get my package and it should've been here Friday? according to the tracking, it has been sitting 23 minutes from my house since Sunday???
