Drawer broke

My daughter got this for me for my Christmas present. I was super excited, I could finally put my shoes away off the entryway floor. I remember thinking when it arrived that the box was heavy, this is going to be really nice. When we opened the box to assemble, the pieces looked cheap, and the screws were short. They barely went into the attached wood, made me wonder if it would hold.. As soon as we put shoes in the drawers, the middle drawer screws came out as soon as we tried to close the door. I was right, poor design for me. We broke it back down for return.
