Fantastic muscle relief. One packet in a hot tub of bath water and you have your own personal spa for under a buck! Smells great if you like eucalyptus and seems to open the nostrils while melting away aches and pains from hard work, cold, or the flu. I bought one packet for my wife to try who normally takes a bath with Epson salts and two days later she went back to Walmart and bought 10 more packets perfect single size dose for about a buck a piece.
