So glad I tried this one.
I have had a few similar items over the years that never worked, I read about this one in a cookbook and decided to try again. I am so glad I did! It is such a time saver and easy to measure and clean. I did have to slice thicker veggies more thinly, but it still saves a ton of time and produces uniform pieces.
