this stuff is magic for ADULT insomnia. literally only need 2 for myself. if i ever feel like my kids need help, i will only cut them a tiny sliver of one. i feel like its pretty potent for a child, tho, honestly. especially if they dont take melatonin regularly. so yeah definitely would recommend less for kids, for sure.
