I was having a horrible time trying to fall asleep, then would wake up 2 - 3 hours later with a nightmare, then struggle to go back to sleep. I would maybe get 2 - 3 hrs of sleep a night! This was a godsend, the first night I took it , I slept like a baby for 8 - 9 hours straight......the first good sleep I had gotten in weeks! I also took melatonin and Advil with it, which helped immensely! I have already stocked up on it for future nights that I might need it!

Cherry Vanilla is the only flavor that I will buy. If the store is out I wait to buy it. The first time I tried liquid I bought warm berries. Disliked the taste but preferred liquid. When Cherry Vanilla was available I tried it %26 that was it, I threw away the other flavor. So anyone who prefers liquid try this one. It doesn't just taste good but is effective. First, I bought Melatonin then Unison. I took 2 50 mg every night. The liquid I take 1 medicine cup full each night. I have no problem falling asleep. I am exhausted at night. My problem is I wake up every 2 hours like clockwork. Since using this product %26 only 1 medicine cup to the line indicated. I sleep like a baby for 4 hours straight. Sometimes 5 hole hours! Highly recommend Vicks Zzquil Cherry Flavor Sleep Aid Liquid.
