I would recommend my dog you should just swallow like she was Marmaduke and swallow big chunks and stuff so when I got her this it had to make her slow down to eat right right off she still was trying to eat fast but now I can put her food in a bowl but I had to put her food in there for a while but yes I would recommend it does work it helped her slow down her eating even when taking food for my hand she don't just grab it no more so I think it's good

My dogs love it!!!
I bought 2 of these for my dogs and they love them. Keeps them intensely working on it for about 15 minutes. I spread peanut butter, pumpkin or yogurt on it. Sometimes I take a fork and squish berries on it. It can be a pain to wash but i found if I soak them a few minutes in soapy water I can take a brush and clean it easily. Best thing is my dogs enjoy it.
