I use this in the LR where the dog likes to sleep to save my oriental rug! She likes it fine as a big dog(so does the 🐈!)and it vacuums easily. It seems well made and if ur dog is crated it will fit a large crate fine. I also like that its low profile so Im not tripping over it! Its a very nice medium grey color and sometimes I put a big dog pillow over it.

The New (to Me) 1-1/2yo Black Lab “Puppy”… Loves her new bed! The piece instantly became her “Go To”… spot in the house. She now stays off the couch… “my chair” and the bed…. All of which she instantly wanted to take over upon giving her a new home! Now she has a home of her own… it's placed so she can see most everything that's happening… so she's NOT underfoot all the time either. It's an easy thing to just toss in the washing machine and dryer to have it look new again! It's gotten soaked by my Lab playing around in the wetland behind my house. She comes back in just covered and Soaking Wet Lab Hair that's now coated in Mud!!

Our 2 (brother and sister American Bulldog)r 3-month-old pups were comfortable on it right away. it lays flat much better and is cooler than the first one I bought which they could ball up in no time. I've only had to wash it once. I used warm water and air dried just to be sure it would be fine and it turned out perfect. Cushy edges, not super cushy on bottom but they like it. Happy pups, happy me.
