I switched from an iPhone XR to the Note 10+ recently. There is definitely a learning curve between the operating systems, but so far I am very pleased with my choice. The Note 10+ is very sleek compared with the iPhone 11 Pro/Pro Max, and Note 10+ integrates much better with the programs I use most of all in my career. I read many reviews before making the jump from the Apple ecosystem. I still use an iPad Pro and Macbook Pro.

Hard to deactivate original cell.

I love my new Samsung 10Note . The only problem I have is with the activation process. No instructions as to to how to deactivate my original phone before starting the info transfer old cell to new. After 5 trys, I ended up at ATT store to connect my phone.
