I use the phone number method it literally sends it straight to my account the moment I pay for it at checkout it's so fast and as soon as that money hits my phone my service is paid for up and running everything works great I've also tried the email method it's easy to send you a pin and you can call with the pin but I really like the phone number method.

Walmart had everything, but i made a mistake on which $50 Verizon prepaid service card i needed for my phone. So, I had to purchase the correct card and spend another $55.13. All i wanted was to exchange the $55.13 Verizon e-pin TopUp order, for the one i was supposed to get, whixh is the Verizon Total Wireless prepaid card, for the exact same price of $55.13. I never did anything w the E-pin TopUp order. And want Walmart to simply let me exchange it for another Verizon prepaid card that cost exactly the same price of $55.13. Will Walmart show me that they are willing to help a customer, w a small $55.13 mistake?

If you're as impatient as myself, you might find yourself having a little conniption fit when you see the payment processed by your bank, but the direct top-up doesn't roll into your Verizon account for upwards of 30-minutes… patience really IS a virtue, so give this a little if you don't get the text from Verizon right away (or just get the phone card emailed to you like most people usually do), and save yourself the hassle / frustration!
