Easy to install

This cycle computer has just what I wanted on it. Speed and distance. I had a cycle computer before that had all the gadgets on it and it never did work right. I love this one. Has all I need and easy to install and priced right as well.

it's a keeper.

Ventura II Cycle Computer The first multifunction speedometer I had, enough gadgets to make a NASA engineer happy, but not me, even those it was working like a champ, I had some spare money I decided to upgrade to this one. After you get the Ventura, the first thing is to take the manual down to the local copy shop and blow up the diagram show how to mount it to the bike, it that small. Here is the best part, following the chart, you simply put in the rim size and if you want it in miles or kilometers and that it. Now to the mounting. You want to be careful with the nut, being its small to hang on to. What you might want to do is put a touch of glue to hold it in place. What I did, is first, is to hold your finger over the nut and put screw into the nut, and then work in the rubber spacer, and then tighten up the strap and then add the magnet to the front wheel, the nice thing is you can have some space between the magnet and spacer, not like my old one, where to make it work right, you need to almost have it torch to work right. After getting the speedometer setup and working right its will tell you how faster you are going is ½ mile and mile an hour steeps. Now that I use it for a while, I am getting to realize that for someone who need to keep track far as he gone in a day, its dose the job. The only drawback that I found, if you go over a really hard bump, sometime it will shift in its cradle and stop working, no problem just shift it back on its contacts and you off again. I would like to see a Ventura III with a built-in clock, other that, it's a keeper.
