It's Only Adhesive Paper

When I received the package in the mail I thought the merchant forgot to put the product in the package. I reached out to merchant and they did not respond to my request for a refund. After reaching out to Walmart directly I came to realize the paper in the package is the actual item. The merchant is sending adhesive paper, which isn't actually going to work overtime in covering a vent. I can't even see this product lasting a day if the heat is pushing through the vents. Needless to say, this isn't worth the price and its being returned.
