Instructions
Cooking Instructions: 1. In a large pot, bring 4-6 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add 1 tbsp of salt to boiling water (optional). 2. Add pasta, cook uncovered for 7-8 minutes (cook to desired tenderness but do not overcook), and stir occasionally. (Water will foam-it's okay!). 3. Strain pasta and serve with your sauce of choice! Keep in a cool, dry place.

I didn't notice a big difference from regular pasta and my family ate it with no problem. Not sure why I have issues eating regular pasta but I do, so this has given me pasta back. I'm very happy with it.

wouldnt recommend if you want a good dish
Grainy and breaks very easily, i made mac n cheese with this and wanted to make a low calorie alternative and this didnt do it, it broke very easily when mixing in and was grainy in texture.
